Ike Levy
Founder & President
Ike founded Monmouth Custom Builders in 1996 based on a passion for quality craftsmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction. He is responsible for the overall operations of the company, hiring, and major initiatives. As the face of the business, he handles meetings with homeowners, as well as designers and architects to make sure all parties are in sync, and all clients’ needs are met.
Jon Levy
Vice President
Jon keeps clients happy by ensuring their projects stay on track and within budget. He handles estimations, negotiations with subcontractors, securing permits, as well as consulting for variances. Jon has worked in residential construction since 2000. He has a passion for design and building, and is known for his meticulous attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile.
Joe V. Sciamarelli
Director of Planning & Design
Joe brings extensive experience in all areas of the business, having worked in home construction and remodeling since 1974. He brings deep knowledge of planning and design and prides himself on helping clients envision what their homes can look like as well as how they can function well.
Mark Lowery
Senior Project Manager
Mark is the Senior Project Manager supervising projects from start to finish. He assists clients in the decision-making process including reviewing designs and selecting materials. He ensures that clients understand each step of the project and decisions that need to be made. Mark describes his relationship with clients as a journey on which he helps them define their vision for a home they will love. Mark started at Monmouth Custom Builders in 2008, after working for Pulte Homes.
Audrey Clarkin
Office Manager
Audrey has been the Office Manager at Monmouth Custom Builders since 2008. With an extensive experience and understanding of home construction, she helps to ensure the smooth flow of operations by handling everything from HR and payroll to subcontractor relations. She supports a staff of 30 people, loves working with everyone and being part of the growth of the company.
